Twenty-One
It was without a doubt interesting, amusing, and exhausting. It seemed like such a long day. Thanks to everyone who really made it special. I’ve never been surprised with anything before and this was my first ever birthday dinner.
The highlight of my day: My 5 year old nephew, Josh, calling me to say happy birthday and tell me he got me a birthday present. He took two dollars from the...
Excited.
To be completely away from this area, community, and environment. Work harder so I can get out of here faster.

It really bothers me when students of color call student protesters idiotic for yelling and protesting. Just because you lived a privileged life and don’t understand the struggles of many student of colors and other students struggling to pursue their higher education, it doesn’t give you the…
Occupy UCR
I’m not the most political person in the word, but I still have my opinions. So, here’s my opinion…
I have mad respect for these people who are protesting, which is why I would have to disagree when I see people say stuff on social networking sites like, “oh, protesters are hippies… Or I don’t care about these protesters… Or they just need to...
Vegas
In all honesty, I’m excited for Vegas, but not as much as I thought. I get the notifications on Facebook and don’t even bother reading them. I’ve got too much on my plate at the moment, so I feel that Vegas should be the least concern on my list of stuff that I have to get done.
Well, this isn’t really suppose to be a “Oh, damn. I’m stress” Blog…...
Thoughts.
Feeling extremely exhausted at the moment. I’ve been feeling exhausted for the past week. I’m still trying to get back into the groove of school, and it’s not happening as fast as I wish, but it’s getting there. There’s no need for me to keep stating how busy my life is for the next couple weeks because it’s been said already. I just pray for guidance, good...

DONE.
Winter break is done. Winter quarter starts tomorrow. Last day of winter break really ended on a great, simple note.
Church @ Chino Hills
SCPASA board meeting @ USC (I seriously missed being around these 5. I’ve realized that with all the work we put in for SCPASA, none of us 5 ever complain. It’s crazy thinking we’re half way done with our term…)

Oh, man. I’m going to die in February (not literally). Fraternity/Sorority Unity Week is the whole week of Summit. Then, Greek Pyramid is the night before SCPASA Summit…
I can do this.

Reflection on 2011 & Talking to a brick wall
I’m going to make a playlist/CD with songs describing my 2011 to go along with that journal idea I got from Adrian. It’s better to write my reflection on something no one can read so it’s more legit. It’s not catered in a way to make it entertaining to someone reading it.
Even though I feel like I’m talking to a brick wall, this goes out to that anon, I really...
Okay,
So for those who reblogged that “Stop what you’re doing,” thing… Did anything unexpected happen to you? Hmm.
To whoever that anon is, I would appreciate it if you weren’t an anon…
Challenges
We should always be challenging ourselves to become better.
With that said, why should I commit to something I’m comfortable with when I have the option of doing something challenging so I can continue to grow, learn, and overall improve myself? I have been constantly thinking about this for the past couple days.

People will ask for it, but not follow it. It’s best to let them talk about how they feel and, if time allows, give them a bit of your opinion. Don’t tell them what they need to do, you’ll only be wasting your time. People are going to do what they want to do. A good friend understands this and is…
